Ed Thomas has been in the search business for 16 years and
has become the preeminent U.S. recruiter in his market niche.  His philosophy is to develop strong relationships and standards that set his firm at the top of its industry.

Ed began his career as a salesman and sales manager in the computer business.  He knows and understands the selling mindset.  During those selling years, he became very knowledgeable in insurance automation and technology.  He also became aware of the characteristics and attributes necessary to successfully sell products and services to insurance companies.

Ed holds a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology and is an Adjunct Faculty Member at Immaculata College where he teaches "organizational dynamics," "business psychometrics," and "human performance measurements."  He was certified by the National Association of Personnel Consultants in 1990 and was certified by the American Production and Inventory Control Society in 1978.  Ed currently is an active member of the Mid-Atlantic Association of Personnel Consultants.

Ed Thomas is a national speaker on workplace productivity and motivational issues.

Tom Skadeland has been in the search business for seven years and has served his clients successfully as a sales and technical recruiter.

Tom began his 30 year career in the computer business as a salesman.  He served in progressive sales management positions and as Vice President of Sales.  He founded and served as CEO of LYFE Systems Corporation.

As a successful leader of sales and customer service organizations, Tom offers an experienced perspective on hiring professional people who will contribute to our client's business.

Tom is a graduate of the University of Minnesota.
